CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancelling and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying your practitioner at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
To cancel or reschedule, please follow the link provided in your appointment confirmation email or send an email at info@psykhevolution.com.
Missed Appointments
If you miss your scheduled appointment without cancelling or rescheduling 48 hours in advance, the full fee will still apply and you are not eligible for a refund.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for the appointment it is at the practitioner’s discretion whether they can still see you for the appointment or not.
Provider Cancellation
If, for any reason, the practitioner must cancel your scheduled appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and the practitioner will work with you to reschedule or offer you a full refund.
Refunds
Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment. Please note that an administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount in case of customer cancellation. The administrative fee may vary depending on the payment method or provider you choose. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
