Hi, my name is Olta Bleta, I am a clinical psychologist dedicated to holistic therapy with psychology and mindfulness. My therapeutic approach has evolved over the years, blending dynamic psychology with transpersonal psychology and mindfulness practices. By incorporating insights from Eastern philosophy, I create a holistic and integrative experience tailored to each client.

I believe that true healing and self-awareness emerge when we embrace the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Therefore, through holistic therapy with psychology and mindfulness, I provide a supportive space where clients can explore deeper layers of their consciousness. In this environment, individuals gain valuable insights into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Science: Personality and Interpersonal Relationships and a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Dynamic Psychology, I have established a solid foundation for my practice. I am guided by the belief that each person’s journey to fulfillment is unique, and I strive to support clients in discovering self-awareness, inner peace, and purpose.

Additionally, my practice centers on compassion, openness, and a non-judgmental environment, fostering a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions openly. I help individuals uncover personal strengths, gain clarity, and work toward inner peace. My aim is to empower each client to build self-awareness, confidence, and resilience, enabling them to live with a greater sense of purpose.
